Transaction & Escrow

Our Transaction & Escrow Team has closed many transactions and has many years experience. They experienced in all aspects of real estate transactions from the initial purchase agreement through closing. They handle all details including coordination with lenders, escrow, title and buyers that are required to successfully complete each transaction.

Listing & Marketing

Our Listing & Marketin Team coordinates, all aspects of pre-marketing tasks, property repair and ongoing property preservation on all assets. Other property management services include re-key, trash removal, remodel, repairs and lawn service. They also enter all listings and transactions into MLS, BPO and lender required systems. Tom & Gwen review all transactions to ensure consistent quality and to make sure BPO’s are delivered on time.

Full time licensed Buyer’s Specialists

In addition to our internal support team we have a number of full time buyer’s specialists that show and sell our listings. All agents are experienced in buyer’s agency and selling REO listings. Through detailed communications with our transaction coordinators every transaction has constant hands on attention making for a smooth transaction without the commotion that comes with less knowledgeable agents.
